Questions about Tay-Sachs disease? - how much does treatment for tay sachs cost

I am working on a project on the Tay-Sachs for my biology class. I have many stories that I read to break the heart.

I know the cause and symptoms, and other things - I can not find it finances health. I have found no information on the number of medications and health care help please?

Also has, if you or someone you know, had a child with Tay-Sachs, I would like to hear your story.
How does your family like this is concerned? emotionally and socially?
