My question is, because it can deliver 500,000 volts, it is enought to stop an attacker? Even if that person is wearing a heavy jacket, or what?

Tho Ha, you see all the data to determine the effectiveness of a stun. You can volt a host, but vertually No amps, and totally ineffective, but you can have 500k volts 5 amps and vacuum residues. To kill amps, not voltage.
