Need a good rub for your bbq? Here's one from my Brother and its good for beef or pork. Dinosaur...? - kosher bbq

Mornin '
Here is the recipe for dry rub ribs
Paprika 1 / 2 cup
1 / 4 cup kosher salt
3 / 4 cup brown sugar
1 / 2 cup garlic powder
1 / 4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper cyenne

Mix and rub freely on everything you put on the grill. Let stand for about an hour before cooking. Enjoy.

The cut of beef ribs are hard to come by because most butchers do not know how to cut. I think it will be a cutting edge.
